Amamoor State School is a great school for a well rounded education. It is a place where learning is active, supportive and interesting. Our school has a dedicated staff focused on the well-being and personal development of every student.

Amamoor State School currently has three air-conditioned, double teaching, multi-age classrooms of Prep / Year 1; Year 1/2; Year 3/4 and Year 5/6. The staff, as well as the P&C, are dedicated to making Amamoor State School a safe, friendly and thriving learning environment.
We offer all of the Australian Curriculum standard learning areas and provide a quality, values-based and inclusive education where all children are encouraged to achieve their best, each and every day.
Our school has spacious grounds, a vegetable garden and an ANZAC memorial orchard.

At Amamoor State School we also have the added benefits of both a Playgroup and a Homework Centre. Playgroup is run every Thursday from 9-11am and is led by a qualified Teacher Aide, while the supervised Homework Centre is open from 3 - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, at no cost to parents.
